 Stir Fry Turmeric Chicken Recipe | Hometown Food Cooking EP4

Experience the vibrant fusion of flavors with our tantalizing turmeric stir-fry chicken, where succulent pieces of tender chicken meet the warmth of aromatic turmeric, creating a culinary symphony that will leave your taste buds dancing with delight


Ingredients 

300g Chicken tenderloin

2-3 small  turmeric (julienned turmeric)

1 stalks Spring onion

1 clove garlic (minced)

1  tsp light soya sauce

1 tsp Sesame oil

1/2 TBSP Oyster sauce

few drops of fish sauce

1 /2 tsp Worcester Sauce

1/2 TBSP Dark Soya Sauce

1tsp ABC sweet sauce

1 tsp Mirin

1 tsp Chinese Saoxing wine


Instructions

1.) Preparation: Cut the 2-3 small turmeric into thin matchsticks (julienne).

2.) Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3.) Once oil is warm, sauté minced garlic and julienned turmeric.

4.) In the meantime, seasoned chicken tenderloin pieces with light soya sauce in separate bowl).

5.) Add a bit of sesame oil in the pan. Add on the chopped white part of spring onion stalks. Toss everything together.

6.) Add the seasoned chicken tenderloins to the hot pan.

7.) Cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through. Cover with the lids for simmering.

8.)Add Seasoning: Oyster sauce, fish sauce, Worcester sauce,, dark soya sauce, ABS sweet sauce.

9.) Add remaining chopped green part spring onion.

10.) (Optional) Add Mirin and Chinese Saoxing wine and toss everything. Toss the ingredients until well-coated and heated through.

 11.) Transfer the stir-fry to a serving plate.

原料

300克 鸡里脊肉

指示

1.) 准备:将 2-3 个小姜黄切成细火柴棍(切丝)。

2.) 在锅中用中高火加热食用油。

3.) 一旦油温热,炒蒜末和姜黄​​丝。
