Ingredients (make 25 pieces)
180g chocolate (cut into pieces)
112g butter
70g muscavado Sugar or brown sugar
2 eggs
30g self-raising flour or gluten-free flour
8g cocoa powder
38g chocolate chip
Instructions
1.) Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C Fan and prepare a 20cm x 20cm traybake tin by greasing and lining it with non-stick baking paper.
2.) In a large heatproof bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Melt the mixture by placing the bowl over simmering water.
3.) Once melted, stir until well combined. Take the bowl off the heat.
4.) Incorporate sugar and eggs into the mixture. Mix until smooth, then add flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips, stirring thoroughly.
5.) Pour the chocolate-infused batter into the prepared tin and bake for approximately 40 minutes. Look for a well-risen texture and a set perimeter with a slightly soft center.
6.) Allow the baked creation to cool within the tray for a while before removing from tray, then skill-fully slice it into 25 delectable squares. Enjoy your chocolaty delights!
