Lovely bakers, today I’m making the delicious, light and fluffy petite marble butter cake.
Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 100g icing sugar
- 2 eggs(100g)
vanilla mix
- half of the batter above (app 150g)
- 50g cake flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
chocolate mix
- half of the batter above (app 150g)
- 35 cake flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 15g cocoa powder
- 15g chocolate
Bake at 170C for 50-60mins
