Another first time for Hankerie to be invited honourbly as part of a food vendor in ASEAN Coffee & Art Fringe Event 2013 on 28-29th September 2013. Thanks to Karen, their marketing director for giving me golden opportunity. So glad that she likes my creativity on my bakes art, where my art combined together with all my bakes.

Right after my previous week event in Bangsar, I need to rush for this bigger event immediately. Tiring because I still need to work over the weekday, start my preparation only after my work hours. Indeed, that 2 continuous weeks are my most tiring period throughout my Hankerie's journey, everything paid off whenever seeing my bakes sold in just few hours! After this, I will definitely take a long break and go for a trip!

The crowd to this coffee event are mainly coffee lovers, cafe/restaurant owner, youngsters and family. Can you spot me in the photo below? I'm at middle left part of the picture below.

My best seller is Minion series. It attracted so many crowds to snap photo, including the newspaper reporter. My Minion swissroll and cupcakes are being published in Metro Online Broadcast 2 days after this events, which links from The Star Newspaper. A lot of people has courtesy to ask my permission whether they can take a photo of them, surprisingly.

I added on one new member into Minion family - Evil Minion.

Caught into my surprise to see my Minion cupcakes in the headlines of Metro Online Broadcast which directly linked from The Star Newspaper.

I'm really glad to invite one of my talented chef friend - Kayvin to assist me in this event to sell the hot food. He is so passionate about cooking, creative in creating his dishes and serve to the guest. Impressive plate presentation that he has done. Thumbs up!

3 unique sample hot food prepared by chef Kayvin. They are not only looks good, but also taste so delicious.

3 more additional product I've added on for these events, they are Hello Kitty fondant cupcakes with Japaense edition - black Kitty cat.

My own creation of expensive recipes - indulgence chocolate brownies with 3 different nuts. I called it expensive as all my ingredients are top quality ingredients. It really make a lot of difference when you have the first bites of these versus those buying from outside. This is the power of home bakes goods.

Another of my 100% proof biscotti recipe, you cannot run away of biscotti with coffee. The best mate ever when you enjoying a cup of hot coffee. It's crunchiness and dryness give coffee a perfect match. For those ladies who watch out their weight, good news that biscotti not contains any butter or any sort of fats :)

In average, all my bakes of the day totally sold out within 3-4 hours. Impressive but these are the bakes that I can do for maximum in a day. I hope that I can do more for not disappointing those kids. I still vividly remembered there are few of the kids kept came back to my Hankerie booth and asked "Do I still have Minion cupcakes or any bakes?" When the answer is "No more" to them, they looked so disappointed and sad. One of the kid not believing and asked his dad to came back again for asking twice. Overall, such an unique experiences in this event, learnt different things versus the event in Bangsar.

Again, thanks all who dropped by and supported us during this event :)
