  • • 6 large fresh prawns, peeled and deveined

  • • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  • • 1 slice red onion, sliced

  • • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • • pinch salt

  • • 1 tsp sesame Oil

  • • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

  • • 1 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

  • • 1 teaspoon muscovado sugar

  • • 1/4 cup water or chicken broth

  • • 1 tablespoon Chinese Shaoxing Wine

  • • Fresh green onions (for garnish)


  • Prepare ingredients : Wash and devein the prawns. Cutoff the sharp parts of the prawns.

  • Last Seasoning: Add in dark soy sauce, and Chinese Shaoxing Wine.
