Colourful Fruity Cupcakes



My easiest and healthiest cupcakes for my breakfast. Believe it or not, I'm eating a cupcake a day every morning. Those colleagues are so surprised, said "isn't it cupcake serve during afternoon tea break or dessert after dinner?, "Sugar-high!", "Why do you still not put on weight by eating those daily??" Indeed burst my laughter.

Anyway, cupcake is my favourite. Thinking to bake those healthier, less-sugar and fluffier cupcakes for my daily consumption. Today's menu is fruity cupcakes.


Today, I've used blueberries, strawberries,.cherries & yellow nectarine for my cupcakes' toppings. Sprinkle some sugar on top before sending into oven. They looks so delicious before baking.

Refer to my previous post - Australian Cherries & Blueberries Cupcakes, do not mix the fruits inside the batter first, serves them as the toppings.

Best serve with a cup of coffee to start up brand new day!
