Santa Clause Hat Gluten Free Brownies Chocolate Cupcakes

These adorable Santa Clause Hat Brownies are easy enough to make your own. What you need to have are only the brownies, fresh strawberries & frosting. Decorate it just like Santa Claus Hat, the best idea that you could do it together with you kids for Xmas party preparation.

I baked these brownies with own-cut baking paper, ideas inspired by few of the Australia's cafe here as they do not use any paper cup liner for the muffins/cupcakes but using these baking papers instead. Indeed it's easy to cut and fold it, perhaps I should minimize to buy paper cup liner next time.

I am submitting for my own event. Hope to see your participation soon in Aspiring Bakes #14 Creative Xmas bakes :)

To bake gluten-free chocolate Santa hat cupcakes:

Ingredients:
- Gluten-free chocolate cupcake mix
- Strawberries
- Whipped cream

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven according to the cupcake mix instructions.
2. Prepare the gluten-free chocolate cupcake batter as directed on the package.
3. Line your cupcake tin with festive Santa hat cupcake liners.
4. Fill each liner about 2/3 full with the chocolate batter.
5. Bake the cupcakes according to the package instructions.
6. While the cupcakes are baking, wash and hull the strawberries.
7. Once the cupcakes are baked and cooled, slice the top off each one to create a flat surface.
8. Place a whole strawberry upside down on each cupcake to resemble Santa hats.
9. Add a small dollop of whipped cream on top of each strawberry for the fluffy trim of the hat.
10. Optionally, you can dust the cupcakes with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.

Enjoy your gluten-free chocolate Santa hat cupcakes!
